AbandonwareA young hero is tasked with saving the world from an impending catastrophe caused by powerful, ancient machines known as Lagna. The game sets itself apart from other JRPGs of the time with combat mechanics and strategy mixed in with the regular RPG tropes. The world map is isometric, while the turn-based battles are displayed in various 3D angles, depending on what's going on and how attacks upon enemies are chosen. The animations are fluid and well detailed for its time, albeit somewhat obscure outside of Japan.
