The DOS Spirit servers are back up
Certainly took its sweet time. Troubleshooting is hate, and given it's hardware troubleshooting, makes it all is even worse. After waiting for new parts to arrive, configuring a completely new setup and even a recompile of the backup-database, we're finally here again. This is the reason I'm not working as a fulltime tech guy - I would literally have smashed every component if there was a hint of struggle to make it work again.
Anyhow, while we're still patching, updating and checking out the best compatible versions of php and mysql, there may be outtakes to reflect this. These should be brief, and not hamper your visits here at any particular rate. There will also be notifications if there are longer, upcoming maintenances in the future - to be on the safe side.
